Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by the Customer in writing within seven (7) days of the delivery, as verified by the USPS Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that they fully comply with the terms, conditions and specifications hereto. Returns, refunds and exchanges will only be considered when:
- Requested within 7 days of the delivery
- Merchandise is accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Ortiz Originals
- Merchandise is returned with shipping pre-paid by the Customer
- Merchandise is received in “like-new” condition
Orders for Handcrafted Products that include personalization (such as monogramming) of any kind, or alteration(s), cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Under no circumstances will Shipping and Handing Charges be refunded.
If the Customer satisfies my returns, refunds and exchanges policy above, Ortiz Originals will:
If Refunded:
- Credit the Customer’s charge card for the original amount of the merchandise, minus Standard Shipping and Handing Charges (if part of the order). Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser and can only be credited to the charge card used at the time of the original purchase;
If Exchanged:
- Ship the Customer a replacement with similar characteristics, or at Ortiz Originals’ sole discretion, credit the Customer’s charge card as described above. Customer understands that because of the nature of these products, that exact replacements cannot be guaranteed.
